–When is this Earth Day 2022 Festival?
April 23rd, from 12 noon – 7.30pm on the Saturday following National Earth Day.
–So this is a ticketed event? How much?
Yes, this is a ticketed music festival. However, it is a benefit. We’re donating 100% of proceeds to three local environmental organizations: James River Basin Partnership, Ozark Greenways, and the Watershed Committee of the Ozarks.
Ticket prices vary. Advance tickets are $20. If you pay cash on the day of April 24, a ticket will be $25. VIP tickets available.
–Who’s all playing?
Bands are TBA over the next couple of months for a total of 5-6 musical acts from around the state of Missouri. For more info as it becomes available, look under the Artist Lineup section.
–What do you mean, plastic-free? Does that mean there won’t be any beer cups or water bottles?
Our goal is to have this as a “leave no trace” event; in other words, no garbage to be left onsite. We are also eliminating single-use plastics. In lieu, we are providing everyone with the opportunity to make a one-time purchase of a commemorative, refillable, stainless-steel cup that you can use throughout the day to purchase beer (and take home, they last forever!). Cups will be $3. No, we’re not going to have plastic water bottles for sale, but we will have hydration stations for people to refill their water bottles. That means free water! You don’t have to worry about spending $10-20 on water bottles throughout the day. We strongly encourage bringing your own water bottle to the festival, and if you don’t have one, there will be a limited amount of reusable cups by the hydration stations to drink from.
–So, there will be beer for sale?
Mother’s will be providing several options for beer for purchase throughout the duration of the festival in your commemorative cup. Sorry, refills are not free.
–What about food?
We will have 1-2 food vendors on site. (TBA)
–What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event, and tickets are non-refundable. We strongly suggest watching the forecast and bringing rain gear and layers for whatever the weather decides to bring us. There will not be a tent for cover.
